Shipping Policy

Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days to be processed and shipped. We will aim to dispatch your order before the 7th day.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, it is no longer our responsibility and is in the hands of the courier. However, if you have any issues with the delivery of your parcel e.g. a tracking issue, please email us at blasehausenquiries@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram (@blasehaus) along with your order number and we will look into this for you.
