Refunds
As each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we may offer this in circumstances stated below.
If a parcel has been lost in transit, the customer will be eligible for a full refund. Please contact blasehausenquiries@gmail.com for assistance. Once we have been notified by the customer, we will open an investigation with the courier. If we can locate your parcel we will deliver this to you. However, if the parcel cannot be located, we will process a full refund within 3-10 working days to the payment method used to purchase the order. The customer can also request a replacement order to be dispatched in this case. Please note that this is subject to availability. If an order has been stuck in customs due to unpaid fees, the customer will not be eligible for a refund as this is the customers responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
