Shipping 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £100/€115

Delivery Timeframes:

UK 1-3 working days (after processing time)

International 5+ working days (after processing time) 

International shipping fees may vary and will be calculated at the checkout. 

Processing Time

Please note that all items are made to order, therefore, your order can take up to a maximum of 14 days to be processed before shipment. 

All parcels will be shipped via a tracked courier service. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email once dispatched. 

Once the parcel has been dispatched, it is no longer our responsibility and is in the hands of the courier. However, if you have any issues with the delivery of your parcel e.g. a tracking issue, please email us at blasehausenquiries@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram @blasehaus along with your order number and we will look into this for you. 

 

Customs & Tax Fees

Custom fees may apply in some countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees that may occur on delivery. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

As each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
